What

Refreshes the stale .claude/pipeline-recovery-checkpoint.md (last updated 2026-03-03, Session 10) to the current 2026-07-12 state. This is the session-recovery snapshot the /pipeline-recovery skill references (Phase 2). Doc-only.

Why now

The tracked checkpoint was ~4 months stale — useless as a recovery snapshot. This rewrite captures the current state and, critically, documents an active infra incident so it is recoverable even if the dashboard channel stays down.

The roo-state-manager coordination channel is DOWN on myia-po-2023 since ~2026-07-11 17:30 UTC: the Google Drive desktop client is unmounted → shared-state path G:\Mon Drive\Synchronisation\RooSync\.shared-state is ENOENT → dashboard + inbox are unreadable/unwritable locally (verified via roosync_diagnose(env): all 4 dirs exists:false). The cluster (ai-01, po-2024) is on other machines and likely unaffected — po-2023 is the locally-blind one.

Action jsboige: remount the Google Drive client on myia-po-2023. Once G:\ is back, dashboard + inbox restore and the cluster recovers its coordination channel.
