Yes, but I cannot access the database while on the VPN or when I am not on the VPN. I have had something similar happen with me on a PC that underwent a hd change of some kind. Basically the network reads this as a hardware configuration mismatch. I had to do a lot of cache clearing and even in one case set up a brand new user account on the PC.
