What is this fixing or adding?
A line of code in the Pokered disassembly was commented "Unused?" and I removed it to make space in that bank. As it turns out, this line is indeed important for storing the value of the tile in front of you when opening the menu, for checking if you can Surf. This has caused surfing in caves to fail unless you have bumped into the water first. This line has been restored and the bug fixed.
