Now that 3.12 has been released, it might be a good idea to include something about how that hasn't been tested (unless 3.12 has been tested and I missed it or it didn't introduce any breaking changes).

I would suggest changing 3.11 to 3.12 instead of removing the two lines.
The reason we have that message is that new people download the latest python and it doesn't work. 3.12 is likely to fail for pony and it probably doesn't have prebuilt wheels for a lot of our other dependencies yet.
