What is this fixing or adding?
The installer now generates a desktop shortcut and start menu shortcut for the Launcher and the LADX client
How was this tested?
Ran setup.py build_exe, then compiled the inno_setup and installed Archipelago. Confirmed that the new shortcuts were created and correctly opened their respective exes.
If this makes graphical changes, please attach screenshots.
