What is this fixing or adding?
The Messenger. Client is not currently fully released on Github, but I'd like to get this in the next release, and suspect It'll happen before then. Two methods in
Rules.py
are currently duplicated in #1383 so would appreciate having that too.How was this tested?
Lots of local generation and playing and unit tests.
If this makes graphical changes, please attach screenshots.
