This brings the HostFS and HostFSFiler modules up to date with the most recent versions, and also integrates most of the changes to the C code. The current exceptions are the changes related to timestamp handling, which will need to be adapted a bit to fit with ArcEm on all platforms, and some minor changes that can be addressed separately when sorting out the remaining diffs.
