PCR_primer_generator

a script to generate primers for PCR from database of genes and a keyword

You need to download the fasta file from arabidopsis.org and give it as an input to the script.

the script takes two inputs:

1. FASTA file
2. Keyword(s)

example command to run the script:

python script.py -f fastafile.txt -k SCARCROW,scarecrow
