If no host name is specified on the command line it prompts the user, asking if the new name should be "allsky" or something they enter.
Modifies placeholders (e.g., "XX_ALLSKY_HOME_XX") in a couple files in allsky-portal so there are no longer any hard-coded paths.
Allows user to enter gui/install.sh --update which will modify the placeholders and exit. This is useful if someone downloads only the updated allsky-portal files - if they run the WebUI it will tell them to run "gui/install.sh --update".
