This PR adds two new actions to the CLI:
longevitylists Majesties (either with--crownor--sceptre) sorted by reigns' longevity;bravenesslists Majesties (either with--crownor--sceptre) sorted by a new braveness ranking (based on donation relative growth rate).Additional minor refactoring of
