This fetches the latest flow definitions and triggers for all the active projects and pushes them to a cloud bucket. This lets us go back to old definitions and detect when flows change.

Thanks @as2388 - could you leave a note on Slack about how you would like to see this plumbed into infrastructure (I seem to remember discussing wiht you but can't remember the outcome), ad also how often you think it needs to be run? Daily? Hourly?
