For unknown reasons, the translations for fr-CA were purged during the release of v6.3.1 (aa52ada). Support ticket ZD-7754098
Restore some of the French Canadian translations from 6.3.1, improve and complete others. Support ticket ZD-7754098

@mcaskill Thanks for submitting these. Our non-pro translations are build from translate.wordpress.org now. I'll take your PRO file and drop that in, but to update free translations, please update the strings over at https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/advanced-custom-fields/stable/fr-ca/default/ We updated translate.wordpress.org with all the strings currently available in 6.3.1 at the time we switched, but we don't include a language until it's over 40% complete on translate.wordpress.org now.
