I'm uncertain whether this temporary fix should be implemented, as it is expected to be resolved in version 0.91 of PowerToys (microsoft/PowerToys#39093). Given that a significant amount of time has passed since the last update, the new version should be released soon. Additionally, considering that the release process typically takes about 3-4 days due to the signing procedure, it may not be worthwhile to introduce a new version for such a brief period for this fix. Unfortunately, the command palette currently does not support an option for installing packages in an unsigned manner yet (microsoft/PowerToys#38273).

I will leave this PR open until the new version is released. If it remains an issue, I will merge it and create a new version.
