Action

Replace the following command with the one you're calling or a
description of the failing action:

Each time I attempt to download the mac/ios configuration file for either DNS to HTTP/TLC and install it my mac or iphone will stop working. The only fix is to uninstall it.

Expected result

For the internet not to stop working and to see the mac or iphone profile under dashboard.

Actual result

Internet was unable to be used only on the device the profile was installed on.

Do you have a valid SSL certificate? Do you have a valid DNS entry for the hostname?

This sounds like a misunderstanding of the feature and what's required to use it. Does DNS over HTTP/TLS work for browsers for you on a desktop?
