Transpiled code so it it a) easy to understand and b) possible to edit without the need for a build step. In addition, it can be served via Github pages: https://backflip.github.io/adg-frontend-conf-2018/
Added "default" behavior for when there is no or failing JavaScript (hiding text input and label, showing fieldset only)
Removed debugging code since this can be achieved via browser dev tools
