This is in master only. So it means that OSL 1.12 will support OIIO 2.2 (already
obsolete), 2.3 (the current release family), and 2.4 (what will be the new release
next summer). But drops support for 2.1, which no longer receives patches.
Supporting three OIIO releases at a time seems reasonable.
