More logging, and added a versions.txt file.

Should be able to use the versions.txt file to automatically
check for version updates:  Armory will check for the file:
https://github.com/etotheipi/BitcoinArmory/blob/master/versions.txt
and use that to determine the latest version and the changelog
since then.
