Merges the content of #201, #204, #208, #211, #212 in one change because ANcpLua.Roslyn.Utilities.Testing 2.2.42 raises the floors of Roslyn (5.6.0), Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.*.Testing (1.1.4) and Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Testing/TestHost (10.0.10); with CentralPackageTransitivePinningEnabled, #208 alone fails restore (NU1109). - ANcpLua.Roslyn.Utilities 2.2.29 -> 2.2.42 - Meziantou.Analyzer 3.0.117 -> 3.0.172 - Verify.XunitV3 31.20.0 -> 31.24.2 - xunit.v3.mtp-v2 3.2.2 -> 4.0.0 - actions/setup-dotnet v5 -> v6.0.0 (pinned SHA a98b568) - Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.* 5.3.0 -> 5.6.0, *.Testing 1.1.3 -> 1.1.4, Mvc.Testing/TestHost 10.0.8 -> 10.0.10 - Re-accept one Verify snapshot (trailing newline is now compared strictly) #193 (dotnet-sdk 10.0.302) and #194 (duplicate of #204) are superseded.
