1.5.0 ships voice input on Linux, but the Linux requirements line in renderPublicNotes still said dictation isn't available there. Drop that sentence and test that the Linux notes don't mention voice.

Why
Voice input works on Linux from 1.5.0 (#100), but
renderPublicNotesintools/release-stable/stable-lib.mjsstill ends its Linux requirements line with "Voice dictation isn't available on Linux yet." Publishing 1.5.0 would replace the release notes with that false sentence. What changes
linux: trueand checks the Linux files are listed, voice and dictation aren't mentioned, andpublicNotesProblemsfinds nothing.Verification
stable-lib.mjs, the new test fails (1 failed, 15 passed).bunx vitest run tools/release-stable/: 36 passed.bun run check:scaffold, oxfmt --checkandoxlint --deny-warningsontools/release-stable/pass.Known limits: only the rendered notes text changed; no release phase was run for this PR.
