…cks, gate PASS records The 07-23 parity merge (#420) shipped the CODE but not the EVIDENCE: - FORKDELTA-REVIEW.md: 247 acked / 1 held, 3 real findings, and a correction to fullsuite-final-delta-classification.md's 'zero regressions' claim (missed 2 reds) - .parity-state.json: 257 forkdelta_acks + baseline_advances audit trail (fork/main copy had acks:0 — the next parity sync would re-derive from scratch) - gates.jsonl: 37 gate records incl. the final PASS (proven prefix-superset of fork/main's 20 lines) package-lock.json churn deliberately excluded (no provenance value, mismatch risk).

Worktree salvage: the #420 parity merge shipped the code but the evidence ledger stayed local. Lands FORKDELTA-REVIEW.md (3 findings, corrects the 'zero regressions' claim in a published sibling doc), the 257-ack .parity-state.json, and the complete gates.jsonl (verified prefix-superset). Docs+state only, no code. Findings #1/#3 (4 dead duplicate function bodies in tui_gateway/server.py, merge residue) remain live on main — follow-up candidate.
