…fort, --pin-sub, --reclaim) (t_0717f61b) Consolidates the --pin-sub section of user-guide/features/kanban.md into one canonical "Pinning a kanban card/worker: provider, model, effort" section: flag table (--model/--provider/--effort/--pin-sub/--pin-sub-fallback/ --allow-flagship/--reclaim), what --reclaim does to context (worker terminated; next run is a fresh session seeded from body + comments + same workspace; checkpoint first), pin visibility incl. the run's spawned-event pool (sub-vps-N), and the #1116 history. set-model --help gains a description pointing at the section and the --reclaim context note. Verified: `hermes kanban set-model --help` renders the new description; test_kanban_sub_pin_optin + test_kanban_effort_cli + test_kanban_batch_set_model: 61 passed.

FleetReview P1 on #1329: doc claimed a reclaimed worker sees every comment. build_task_context caps body 8 KB, newest 30 comments at 2 KB each, 10 prior runs at 4 KB/field. Checked against _CTX_MAX_* in kanban_db.py.
