Fork-PR audit DROP for #188 (card t_5560deb1, lead t_03e35f0e; FINAL.md row in docs PR #1128).
Restores web/src/lib/gatewayClient.ts to upstream and deletes the fork-only gatewayClient.test.ts. Reason: dashboard source surface is dormant (4 turns ever, last 2026-07-04). After this the browser dashboard sends no source and records
tui(backend default).Verify:
