Fork-PR audit DROP of nopr:2f33571c20 (partial-restart ledger + parity re-drive
actuator, staged) and nopr:a0a5e8a083 (its lint fix). staging/ held copies of
home-local ~/.hermes ops files that are not part of this repo; the staged
runtime-parity-check.py (26 KB) differs from the deployed copy (41 KB) by 304
lines, so the repo copy no longer describes what runs. Nothing else reads
staging/.
tests/test_residual_cli_hint_pasteable.py: drop group 3 (the staged parity
check) with its loader, dead _drive_nonff_tick helper, source-scan row and now
unused imports; the other five groups are unchanged.
Verified: pytest tests/test_residual_cli_hint_pasteable.py -> 11 passed;
ruff check clean; git grep finds no remaining staging/{scripts,fleet,tests}
references.
