Add Variables (Pr, tos (Omon), tauu, tauv) to NCEP2 CMORISer in ESMValCore

We need to add the following variables to the NCEP2 CMORISer in ESMValCore to support ENSO evaluation:

• Precipitation (Pr)
• Sea surface temperature (tos) from Omon
• Zonal wind stress (tauu)
• Meridional wind stress (tauv)

These variables are essential for calculating ENSO-related diagnostics and metrics.

For tos, I think you should take skt, skin temperature.

In the context of Omon (the monthly averaged ocean variables), tos refers to the monthly average of the surface temperature of the ocean. It is used to represent the temperature at the very top layer of the ocean, where it interacts with the atmosphere.
