cleanup README.md a bit; fix some broken markdown links due to capital letters; correct certain inconsistencies
I perceive much of the lowercase lettering as a stylistic choice, so I have tried my very best to preserve it where I've felt it is reasonable. However, I have experimented with capitalising the main words of the headings I've tried introducing to help break up the table of contents a bit.
I took one look at the README.md, and my neurodivergent brain kind of just exploded. It's absolutely a vibe, but I'd love to help make this project feel even more accessible to beginners (admittedly including myself). I really appreciate copyparty and would love to see it more widely adopted!
I'm completely open to any and all nice feedback here; this is very much just me throwing stuff at the wall, so to speak.
I devote my contributions in this PR to the copyparty project. This PR complies with the DCO; https://developercertificate.org
