Summary
This PR simply allows the selection of either the current default PCI 1.0A BIOS or the PNP 1.1A BIOS in 86Box. Note that nvr (both nvr/pb450.bin and nvr/pb450.nvr) need to be cleared after switching for the change to actually happen.
