Feature: Update walletconnect app

New things in wc app:

• Add support for gs_multi_send rpc safe-global/safe-react-apps#54
• [WalletConnect] handle eth_sign safe-global/safe-react-apps#87
• [WalletConnect] respond to eth_sendTransaction safe-global/safe-react-apps#62

Testing it would be just making sure everything works as before. I'm not sure about a way to test multi_send/eth_sign besides custom app, @rmeissner correct if I'm wrong
