Hyper-V Windows Phone disk images are stored at %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XDE\8.1

This folder contains:

*.xml files containing boot settings for virtual machines,
*.vhd files containing basic virtual disks
*.avhd files containing differencing disks

If you are experiencing problems with disk usage after running tests, then you can safely delete *.avhd files.
