Major Cleanup of README.md

• Added all supported devices that were never added to the list
• Alphabetized
• Reordered the categories to mirror the table of contents
• Added categories that were present in the table of contents, but not listed
• Added a new category to the table of contents for the accessories list
• Corrected a couple device names that were missing a word or had "Razer Razer ____"

Feel free to give feedback as there was many different ways this could've been done.

@1kc, I have one or two more PRs I'm hoping to have in the next release, so I'd like to hold off till tomorrow. On a side note, thanks for collaborator invite!
