[Bug] Restarting the UFW firewall in the panel may cause certain Docker containers to stop

我不知道具体什么情况，我今天用SSH修改了UFW防火墙的配置文件后直接在面板中使用UFW重启功能然后发现我有3个docker镜像被停止了，分别为1Panel-filecodebox,1Panel-openlist,1Panel-uptime-kuma 都是在面板中的商店安装的镜像除此之外还有数据库反代和gitea没有被关闭。而我使用SSH的systemctl restart ufw来重启UFW不会这样。很好奇为什么会这样🤔

后续版本将在防火墙重启时，增加是否同步重启 Docker 的提示。
