Why: So an OMB Fitara compliance offer can get the number of monthly cumulative sign ups within the past month.
How: Create a new registration funnel to get near realtime counts on submitted and registered users. Previously, determining if users were registered involved complex queries. Add in a bunch of goodies to allow us to measure funnel velocity, mfa setup mix, funnel dropoff, etc. over any time period
