**Why**: The Proofing::Vendor::MockResponse class doesn't do anything besides inherit from OpenStruct.

LGTM
This caused a bug in QA when we enabled proofing right? Because the mock stuff hadn't been loaded? Is it worth trying to make a spec?

Probably not worth a spec because I think this depends on the equifax gem being loaded, but it's only meant for the production environment. |
