I am deleting two tasks that are no longer needed,
lib/tasks/backfill_in_person_pending_at.rakeandlib/tasks/backfill_sponsor_id.rake. I am also deleting an associated spec,spec/lib/tasks/backfill_sponsor_id_rake_spec.rb.📜 Testing Plan
