Removes a handful of unused methods from
SessionHelper.Originally prompted by trying to use
sign_in_live_with_piv_cacin #10370 but realizing it was broken but not realized as broken because it wasn't being used elsewhere.📜 Testing Plan
These changes only affect spec helpers, so it should suffice to verify that the build passes..
