docs/frontend.mdandapp/components/README.mdto more accurately describe behaviors associated with script and stylesheet auto-loading.Specifically, #8375 added support for component-specific stylesheets, but did not include documentation revisions for how it is to be used. That's what this pull request seeks to address.
