🛠 Summary of changes
Updates
@18f/identity-stylelint-configto latest version, along with relevant peer dependencies affected by the upgrade.I had completed most of these changes as part of pre-release testing for 18F/identity-idp#10125 . We should plan to make a pass at updating most other dependencies prior to the upcoming 9.0.0 release, but keeping this targeted at the shared Stylelint configuration for now.
