Fix: Undefined array key on taxonomy page #3122

Description of the Change

This PR fixes the issue where the PHP throws the warning message Undefined array key 0 on the taxonomy page when that specific taxonomy doesn't have any term. The issue is the side effect of #3106

How to test the Change

  1. Go to any taxonomy page.
  2. Delete all the terms.
