Add Workbench functional smoke workflow

Summary

• add a manual Workbench Functional Smoke workflow for evaOS-GUI
• builds macOS Apple Silicon unpacked .app only with node scripts/build-with-builder.js arm64 --mac dir --arm64
• verifies bundled Bridge/aioncore/hub resources and uploads a short-lived artifact
• intentionally avoids DMG, signing, notarization, updater metadata, and distribution

Why

Mac pairing/updater/bridge work needs a fast functional artifact before the expensive public release lane. The release workflow should not be the debugger.

Validation

• YAML parsed locally with Ruby YAML.load_file
• workflow body is staged from /Volumes/LEXAR/Codex/aionui-rd/workbench-functional-smoke-lane-20260622/workbench-functional-smoke.yml
