In this PR:

  • Create setuptools setup.py installer script.
  • Renamed burpa.py to burpa for cosmetic reasons.
  • Fixed a critical TabError syntax error which prevented Python 3.6 and above from running the tool.
  • Added VS Code to gitignore.

@0x4D31 I volunteer to be a part time maintainer of this module if that can help merging this PR and setup CI testing
