Author: Russ Young
Thanks to: Bruce Schneier / Counterpane Labs
for the Blowfish encryption algorithm and
reference implementation. http://www.schneier.com/blowfish.html
Had this project on the local drive, wanted to host it somewhere safe. Don't know where I acquired the original source for this.
Have not tested this code before uploading here. Use it on your own risk.
Planning to upgrade the project to .NET 5, but don't know when.
Note: Only documented usage for strings. Create a instance of Blowfish object:
Blowfish blowfish = new Blowfish(Encoding.Unicode.GetBytes("<Key>"));
Blowfish blowfish = new Blowfish("<Key>");
Encrypt:
string encrypted = blowfish.Encipher("<value>");
Decrypt:
string value = blowfish.Decipher("<encrypted>");
