Windows 11, camera shows screen stream instead

Describe the bug
On Windows 11, Chrome and Edge, when the scanner camera opens, instead of showing the image that the camera should capture, it shows the screen of the computer, it captures the screen as stream.

To Reproduce

1. On Windows 11
2. Using Chrome or Edge
3. Open the scanner camera using ngx-scanner (Angular app)

Expected behavior
Should show the image captured by the web cam instead of streaming the screen.
