Initialization fails if no savon options are rejected #17

Zuora.configure fails due to this line:
https://github.com/zuorasc/zuora/blob/master/lib/zuora/api.rb#L120

If nothing is rejected, the savon_options will be set to nil and configuration will fail.

Install via git instead of rubygems.
