bash auto-completion

Hi, bash env variables don't auto-complete.
For example, $PWD does not appear, or the rest.

There are also oddities eg. breaksw and regular commands missing eg. disown

breaksw come from https://github.com/zufuliu/notepad2/blob/main/tools/lang/CShell.csh#L88.

auto-completion for $PWD works for me:

[reinstallgentoo]

The cause was an exported scheme file. I exported a fresh one, and merged the essentials.

edit: In my previous configuration, Parameter Expansion would inherit the colour of a Double Quoted String. Any idea how to get this back? Single Quoted String behaves as expected.
