Download a member / USS file or data set content to a local folder

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We were trying to look for a "Download Member as a local file" option in Zowe Explorer and we could not identify any. The closest option that we could find is "Pull from Mainframe", which leads to "Pulling from Mainframe.." message to appear in the status bar but than nothing else happens.

Describe the solution you'd like

A simple way to download the content of the member / USS file or data set to the open workspace or a folder of choice.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We found out that it is also possible to drag-n-drop an open editor to the existing local folder and the content will be automatically copied to that folder as a new file with the same name. But a shortcut for this would be nice to have still.
