Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Version 3.x.x of Zowe Explorer allows the use of tabular displays, especially for Jobs management.
The default display, and even more so when adding columns, does not allow you to see all the information at the panel level because of the character size which is not adjustable.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be necessary to be able to manage a character size for displaying informations in table form, either an absolute size or a relative size (as a percentage) of the character size used by VS Code.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.

Additional context

None.

Thanks.
