Is MUP dead ?

Hello,

Just a simple issue to know if this project is dead.
There is no new commit in master branch since more than a year.
Packages have vulnerabilities, issues and PR are accumulating ...

MUP is still recommended as a deploy solution, it should be maintained more actively.
@zodern, are you looking for help ? It would be great to indicate it onto README.md if needed.

As I said in the forum, I am still maintaining Meteor Up. I had some big plans for mup a few years ago, but there were some issues and delays, and I eventually decided to halt them, and there hasn't been much visible progress since then. I'm working on figuring out a new plan for mup and am hoping to start significantly increasing development later this year.

If anyone wants to contribute, I would appreciate the help.
