  • Server OS: Windows
  • Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
  • Znuny version: 6.5.4

Expected behavior

scrollbar does not disappear

Actual behavior

the scroll bar is shortly visible and then disappears.
Behavior only occurs if you click on "answer" in the ticket.

Additional information

yesterday, we updated the system from (6.4.5) to (6.5.4)

Hi @aengelha-plano,

I could not reproduce the problem. I have tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox on Windows (latest browser versions). So I think the problem is local to your Znuny instance.
