charging limit is still a hit or miss thing

The new release improves the stability, but I still encountered a situation wherein the laptop fully charged even if g14manager is running. I've been using it daily since the release and this is the first time I encountered it. Another very minor issue is that every time you restart the laptop, the percentage of charge increases by a bit. This one doesn't happen in the original armory crate.

Will report back when it does happen again.

It's possible that EC was reset during restart and during that time, charge limit does not apply until G14Manager is started again. Please do report back if it happens again.
