Currently, sound notification settings will only save when user browse to a sound file.
As a user, i want to have the convenience of pasting full path of the sould file without having to browse to it.

Enhancement details:

  • Able to test / save sound paths without browsing to file.
  • Sound notifications can be turned on / off.
  • Notifications settings are saved to application config file.
