The app sometimes crashes when exporting a picture.

There are regular reports that Noir Photo crashes when exporting a photo. This could be due to our usage of deprecated or insufficient permissions for iOS 13.

Whoever chooses to take a stab at this may want to review:

• The Apple Human Interface Guidelines regarding Requesting Permissions
• The formal documentation for Requesting Authorization to Access Photos for PhotoKit and (possibly) the general documentation regarding protected resources

I'll add anonymized comments from users who are experiencing this issue so that when it gets resolved I can loop back to them.

I had an upgrade with the lasted IOS version.
Since this, my noir constantly bugs when I try to export a pic. App keeps frozen and couldn’t export the photo. Can you have a tip for me ?

The app crashes my iPhone when trying to save modified image. Locks up the phone. It freezes as soon as you press Save Image. Upon restart, the image is saved

Subject: Problems with both ShakeItPhoto and Noir on iPhone XS MaX

Message: Greetings - I've been waiting for some kind of update to these apps - as I really like both (when they work) but for the last few iteration of IOS, neither app with allow you to save a processed image. As soon as I hit the Share icon, my iPhone XS Max freezes and requires a hard reboot.

Message: No save button, not intuitive at all, help please... When I try to use the product, there’s NO SAVE BUTTON..! Any instructions are scarce at best, and the programme does very little fir the £2.99 you’ve charged me to buy it... I want a refund, the programme simply doesn’t work..!!!
